Your next connection, in three steps.

Install the client, bring a configuration and choose your proxy settings.

Have a working proxy configuration or subscription URL ready. v2rayN is a client and does not provide proxy servers.

    Download and install

Choose your OS and processor architecture. On Windows, extract the ZIP. For macOS and Linux, follow the installation guide.

    1. Windows: check System type, extract the complete matching ZIP and run v2rayN.exe. Keep companion files.
    2. macOS: choose Apple Silicon or Intel, then drag the app from the DMG into Applications. The local installation guide includes first-launch commands.
    3. Linux: choose DEB or RPM for the distribution, install with apt or dnf from the download folder, then launch from the app menu.

    Add your configuration

Import a share link from the clipboard, or add and update a subscription to populate your configuration list.

    1. Copy the complete share link and use clipboard import, or Ctrl+V outside a text field.
    2. For subscriptions, add a group, save the URL, update and check that profiles appear.
    3. Activate a profile. For parsing failures, inspect the complete link, returned format and filtering.

    Choose and connect

Set a working configuration as active. Enable the system proxy if needed, then choose your routing rules.

    1. Check for core-startup errors, then select automatic system proxy.
    2. Use an existing routing preset, visit a target in a browser and inspect logs. A successful test alone does not configure the app’s traffic.
    3. Clear system proxy before quitting. Diagnose problems in order: profile, traffic entry, routing, DNS.
